Edward Bryant

  • "My son has come along brilliantly in his first year at school.  We couldn't be happier and can't believe how much he has learnt.  We are so thankful to the teachers for their hard work and support in making him shine!"

A message from our school

Edward Bryant School is a friendly, caring school committed to offering every child a secure, stimulating and happy environment where your child can do their best.  We all enjoy being the best we can be.

At Edward Bryant School  we promote high standards and expectations by:

  • Developing lively and enquiring minds so that children acquire the knowledge and skills relevant to their needs and the ever-changing demands of society.
  • Providing a stimulating and structured environment that encourages independent learning with an emphasis on first hand experience.
  • Promoting self-discipline that encourages the development of courteous, confident and responsible citizens.
  • Promoting tolerance and understanding of other races, religions and cultures.
  • Guiding pupils through a creative and challenging curriculum, based on The National Curriculum.

We place high value on strong home-school partnerships, because it is through working together that your child will develop and excel.

It was announced on Sunday evening that Reception, Year 1 and Year 6 children may be returning to school on 1st June.  We want to ensure pupils, staff and families stay safe and will inform you of our plans once the full government guidance has been released.  We will keep you informed of any changes but at the moment the arrangements remain the same as last week - the school remains shut to all but a few.  Thanks for your continued understanding.

During this period of partial closure this school site continues to be open for provision for vulnerable pupils and children of key workers. Irrespective of any partial closure or collaboration with another school, the safeguarding of all our children remains our top priority. At this time, our school will continue as normal in supporting our vulnerable children and if anyone has any questions regarding this they are asked to make contact with us by emailing office@edwardbryant.academy  Please contact the school if you have any queries.
